Running, YMCA, just trying to break a sweat.

Clean and Jerk

None. I love them all.
How has your view of CrossFit changed since your first WOD at CFL?
I always liked the idea of CrossFit, even before I gave it a shot. I guess my view changedin that it is incredible accessible to anyone. I used to think that only Rich Froning types could do CrossFit. I get really fired up when I see other people get closer to RX when they work out.
What were your goals when joining CrossFit? And have you achieved any of these goals?
I wanted to be an all around better athlete. I wanted to be able to physically do anything in the world (rock climb, OLY lifts, run swim, etc.) and be able to keep up.
What is your favorite CrossFit memory or most memorable CrossFit moment?
14.5 Everything about that workout was special.
Do you have any CrossFit rituals or superstitions?
In the spirit of being an “anytime, anywhere” athlete, I try to leave the superstitions to the baseball players. I just like to show up and go.
How has CrossFit affected your life outside of the gym?
“Sorry, I have to go WOD.”
What advice would you give to a newbie just joining CrossFit?
A little bit is better than nada, but sometimes, you want the whole enchilada.
